Our Budget Coffee Sleeve give you high quality black printing on your choice of either glossy white paper or “crafty” kraft paperboard all at a price that is not too much more than an un-printed sleeve!

Printed in the USA with your own design on a sleeves that fit 10-20oz cups, the sleeves are made from 100% recycled paper containing at least 35% post consumer material.

With pricing so reasonable, you can try out some new ideas or specials with out much risk.

The Pricing Above Includes All This

Choice of paper – Kraft Indented or White Indented. Your choice between the natural look of kraft paper, or the bright white of our white indented. Kraft is more absorbent and prints are a bit darker. White is a glossy finish and you may notice the ink pooling more in the indentations. If you’re not sure which paper you’d like, please order a sample or contact us for free advice.
Fits a wide variety of cup sizes – Made to fit 10, 12, 16 & 20 oz cups. If unsure of the size or fit you need, please order a sample.
Single Sided Black Ink Printing – Like the Model T Ford, you have your choice of color as long as it is black. You can print whatever you like, as long as it can be converted to black or gray scale. Gradients print fairly well, but if you have a higher budget and need photo quality sleeves please take a look at our Premium Coffee Sleeves.
Packed for transport – Our Budget Coffee Sleeves are packed 1000 to a case, with cardboard dividers between each row and level.
Free Digital Proofs – Free digital proofs sent by email to ensure your item turns out exactly as you envisioned.
Free Shipping – Our prices include shipping to a single US address in the lower 48 states. Need to ship outside of the lower 48 or outside of the USA, let us know where and we can get you a custom quote.

How long does it take to have budget drink sleeves made?

Our standard production time is 7-10 business days. And shipping is between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location.

Is it possible to get the drink sleeves faster?

No, we are sorry, but at this time we do not have a way to produce or ship our Budget Sleeves Faster. If you need something with rush options, please look at our Custom Coffee Sleeves which can be produced and shipped in as little as 3 business days (with rush charges).

What is the minimum number of Budget drink sleeves you can order?

Our minimum quantity for our budget coffee sleeves is 1000 pieces (1 Case).

What if I want a quantity not listed on the website?

Sure, we can make any quantity you need, even if it is not listed on our site. They must be grouped by the case (1000 pieces) however. Examples: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 etc are all possible.

How much do Budget drink sleeves cost?

Pricing varies based on the quantity you order – the more sleeves you order, the cheaper each sleeve becomes. They start at just 13.5 cents per piece and go down to about 10 cents in very large quantities. See example pricing here.

What can I have printed on the drink sleeves?

Anything you want! As long as it fits in the print area of 3.5″x2″.

How many colors can my coffee sleeves have?

At this time we only offer black ink on our budget coffee sleeves.

Can you match Pantone Colors?

We are sorry, but we only print black ink on our budget coffee sleeves.

What is the print area on these sleeves?

The impression or print area is 3.5″x2″.

What paper options do you have for Budget coffee sleeves?

We have 2 paper options; Indented Kraft Paper, or a Glossy white indented paper. Both are made of 100% recycled paper, containing at least 35% post consumer material.

What size cups do these sleeves fit?

Our Budget coffee sleeves SHOULD fit 10 oz. squat cups, standard 12, 16, 20 oz. cups. The sleeves fit about half inch lower than center on the 20 oz cup. Please order some samples if you would like to test the fit with your sleeves.

Do you offer full bleed printed coffee sleeves?

Yes, please look at our Premium Full Bleed Sleeves.

Are your coffee sleeves environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our budget sleeves are made of 100% recycled paperboard with at least 35% made up of post consumer material. This means that these sleeves could be made of your old cardboard boxes and newspapers.

Are your Budget drink sleeves made in the USA?

YES! They are made in the USA.

How are the drink sleeves packaged when they’re shipped?

Our coffee sleeves are shipped in boxes or cases of 1000 sleeves, with cardboard dividers between the rows and levels. If you order 2000 sleeves, you will get 2 cases, 3000 will be 3 boxes, etc.

Are there any hidden costs or setup fees?

No! If you have print-ready artwork, the price you see on our site is the price you pay. There are no additional set-up fees, no extra fees for printing, and Free Shipping is included within the continental United States. The only time you’d pay any additional charge above the prices listed on the website is if you don’t have print-ready artwork for your sleeves and need our help in coming up with a spectacular print-ready design. If you need us to design your artwork, there would be an additional Art Fee of $40.

Can I get a sample drink sleeve before I place an order?

Absolutely. Please note that while we cannot provide a sample of your specific custom drink sleeve we’re happy to send you a random sampling of sleeves we’ve created in the past. Click here to order samples.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards for payment. These are the quickest methods of payment and will help ensure there is no delay in receiving your order within our usual production time-frame. We also can take checks or ACH but require the funds to clear before starting production.

Can I pay for my order with a check?

We will accept checks, but please note that this can add up to two weeks to your delivery time-frame. You can also use a checking account and ACH, which takes about 3 days.
