Our minimum quantity for patches is 25 pieces.

Pricing varies based on the quantity you order, the size of the patch, whether it is full or partial embroidery and any options you would like to add. Look at our price chart to see the pricing breakdowns.

Of course. Sometimes custom shapes cause us to use Hot Cut edges, and that is a $0.05 per patch upgrade. Merrowed edges are used strictly on simple shapes (circle, square, rectangles, badges, etc.).

You can turn pretty much any design into a patch. Whether it’s a logo, a photo or a sketch… we can help you create your next patch. Our expert design staff is here to help bring those designs to real life, tangible patches.
We prefer vector based artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) but can also accept high resolution JPG, PNG, Linked PSD or TIFF Files. We can help get your design done, whether it’s a sketch on a piece of paper, a photograph or something in between.

Yes – There is a $15 design fee change per each additional colorway.

Each backing type has their own way of attaching to materials.

Iron On Backing – Allowing for quick and easy attachment, all you need is an iron. Simply place the patch on the garment, cover it with a thin, damp towel to prevent burning, then hold the iron over the patch for 20-30 seconds until fully secured.

Velcro Backing – Velcro backing allows you to quickly and easily remove your patch from a garment. Velcro is great for when you have multiple patches or need to be able to remove the patch often. Our Velcro with hook and loop attachment comes with an additional piece that you sew into your garment. The patch then attached to this.

Plastic Backing – A rigid plastic backing is added to your patches. This gives your patches extra support, meaning they will maintain their shape, even after constant use. This option comes standard with our sew-on backs.

The patches are bulk packaged inside of bags. We can individually bag each patch, make sets of patches or even use custom packaging. Just contact us for more details.

We can make custom backer cards for your patches and individually package them for retail. Please contact us to get an accurate quote based on your design.

Nope! If you have print-ready artwork, the price you see on our site is the price you pay. Shipping is included within the continental United States. The only time you’d pay any additional charge above the prices listed on the website is if you don’t have print-ready artwork. If you need our help creating a spectacular design for your patches, we charge an Art Fee of $60. This fee only applies when we’re asked to help the customer create the freshener design and will be clearly stated as such when applied.

Patches take 12-14 days in production and 2-3 days shipping.

At this time we cannot offer any rush processing or shipment of our patches.

Just fill out our quote form and one of our customer service staff will write you back within one business day with a free quote. If the pricing looks good we will send you a mockup of your artwork and then an invoice.

We offer a free photo of your patch for approval prior to going into full production. This is included with all patch orders. It is similar to seeing your patch in person, without waiting for shipping. Please contact us if you would like to get a random patch to see the quality of our patches.

We accept all major credit cards for payment. These are the quickest methods of payment to ensure there is no delay in receiving your order within our usual timeframe. We can also accept checks, but please note that this slows down the entire process by up to 2 weeks. Please contact us if you would to pay by check.
