Anything you want! We can print any custom design. Our custom coasters can be printed on both sides, and it can be a different design on each side if you’d like (at no extra cost!). We can use Pantone spot colors for $100 per color.
Yes! We can create custom coasters in any shape. However, keep in mind that you want your coasters to serve their purpose. Certain shapes might look great aesthetically, but be unpractical when it comes to putting glasses, mugs or cans on top of them. We recommend that whatever shape of coaster you use allows for a minimum of 80x80mm (about 3.1 inches) of solid space in the center so that they’re functional for their intended use.
The minimum coaster size 80x80mm (about 3.1 inches). We recommend that at least 80x80mm of your coaster space be the center area to place drinks. Anything smaller will be hard to fit a glass or can on. The maximum size for our custom coasters is 120x120mm (about 4.7 inches). Currently our pricing is for 100x100mm coasters, if you want to go larger please contact us via live chat.
Standard packaging for our coasters are plastic bags that contain 100 to 200 coasters each – depending on the size of your coaster.
Most customers order custom coasters to distribute to bars, pubs, restaurants, and other food service related uses. If you’re ordering your coasters for promotional purposes, as wedding favors, or to offer as retail merchandise, we have special packaging options available consisting of smaller packaging units such as 4 or 12 coasters per package. We also offer Header Cards for these packaging options for an additional fee. Individually wrapped coasters are also available for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us via live chat to receive more details about our special packaging options.

The material used to make our coasters is 78 points thick (also referred to as .078″ or 2mm). For scale, a nickel (5¢) coin is 1.95mm thick.

Yes! The coasters we produce are meant for multiple uses over a fairly long period of time. We use what is considered a “heavy-weight” paperboard to make our coasters. Typically, the thicker the coaster material, the more absorbency it has and the longer the coaster will last. Our coasters will endure more repeated use than coasters made of 1 mm (40 points) “light-weight” paperboard or 1.4mm (60 points) “medium-weight” paperboard. Due to their thickness, they’re also harder to bend or break.
Yes! Our coasters are created from recycled paperboard.
No! We clearly list all of our pricing before you begin the ordering process. If you have print-ready artwork for your coaster, and are choosing a standard shape, the price you see on our site is the price you pay. There are no additional set-up fees, no extra fees for additional colors, and Free Shipping is included within the continental United States. If you don’t have print-ready artwork and need our help creating a spectacular design for your coaster, we charge an Art Fee of $60. This fee only applies when we’re asked to help the customer create the coaster design and will be clearly stated as such when applied.
Pulpboard is comprised of a more raw material than paperboard. Pulpboard is similar to the material a drink holder from a fast food restaurant is made from, or an egg carton. Our coasters are made from recycled paperboard, as paperboard allows for a more dense coaster, and a smoother finish that is easier to print on.
Our products are 100% custom. You should have the coasters in your hands within 14-18 business days.
We offer rush printing services – for an additional fee – if you need your coasters sooner than our standard manufacturing timeframe. Message us on live chat for more information.
