Our minimum order is 100 coins. If you do need less or would like a production sample, please contact us and we can provide special pricing.
For the best results, we recommend vector artwork (.ai or .eps). But we can work with more common file types such as: .bmp .gif .jpg .png .psd .tiff
If there is an issue with or we require additional information, our art team will reach out to you.
Yes! When you fill out our quote form, be sure to include as much information as you can about what you’d like to see from your challenge coin. The more details you can provide, the closer our art team can get to what you envision. This includes color changes, adding/removing text, adjusting backgrounds, and creating custom shapes.
Our digital proof comes with unlimited revisions. So don’t be shy. If there is something you’d like changed, we’ll make it happen. And continue to do so until it is just right.
Besides making great custom products, we’re a full fledged design company filled with talented graphic artists.
Our design services start at $1/minute (minimum 30 minutes). We can create logos and other designs from scratch. Please contact us and let us know you need design services and we’ll get you in touch with one of our designers right away.
Custom challenge coins have a number of variables from size, shape, edges, and all the other available add-ons. While we have a standard pricing chart for our most basic coins, the best way to get an accurate quote is to fill out our form and let us know what you’re looking to make.
Our current production time is 2-3 weeks to ship. Coins then ship via FedEx or UPS and are received within 3-5 business days. However, depending on the quantity and design, these dates may change slightly.
Before placing an order with Custom Comet, we’ll provide you with our best estimate for shipping. Please let us know beforehand if you have a strict deadline to receive your order.
Not at this time. Challenge coins require ample time for creating molds and hand-painting. Speeding up that process results in errors and a lower quality product.

Our custom challenge coins are imported from our factory in China. They have decades of experience in metal products and impeccable standards.
While we aim to manufacture as many products in the United States as we can, the cost for custom metal products is too high at this time. You will notice that all other companies are producing their coins overseas as well.
