Free Digital Proof—Before placing an order, we’ll send you a digital proof of your keychain that includes all the details of your design. Whether you’re starting with a sketch on a napkin or a vector-ready piece of artwork, our design team will make it ready for the factory.
Need to change something? No problem. We’ll make revisions to your design until you’re comfortable to move forward.
US-Based Artists – We are staffed with a talented team of US-based artists who specialize in custom merchandise. Don’t settle for a company that uses AI or unqualified artists to design your product.
Bold Colors – Bold & vibrant colors are available on all of our keychains. Each color is blended to perfection before adding it to your mold. Colors will never scratch off and will retain it’s vibrant look for years to come, even in less than ideal conditions.
Up to 5 Colors included – Up to 5 different colors are included on your keychain. Some of our competitors only include 3. This gives you more room to express yourself without any additional cost. Additional colors are only $0.05 per color, per piece. Colors can be Pantone matched if requested.
Superior Craftsmanship – Our PVC factory produces high-quality keychains using only the best materials available. All products are manually inspected before shipment and our attention to the details is unmatched in the industry. These keychains are built to last.
Custom Shapes – Our PVC keychains are 100% custom-made. We don’t work off templates or stock shapes. Your keychain will be created around your custom shape and size. A totally unique product that can’t be found anywhere else.
Custom Printing – Add a message, logo, address, or phone number to the back of your keychain. Just $25 per color covers the entire order.
Transparent Pricing – We don’t play games with our pricing. The quote you get is all you pay. There are no last minute fees tacked on.
Free Shipping – All orders ship free to the United States and Canada. If you’re in another country and would like to order, please reach out and we’ll get you a quote (it might be free).
Fast Production Times – Depending on the size of your order, your keychains will typically ship within 9-15 business days. Please let us know in advance if you have a specific deadline. We will provide you with an estimated ship date before you order.

Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. If you are looking to place a large order and require production samples, please let us know and we will be happy to work that out with you.
Our art team can work with just about anything you throw our way. But for best results, vector art is recommended (.ai or .eps). However, we work with more common file types such as: .bmp .gif .jpg .png .psd .tiff
If there is an issue with the artwork you send over, we will reach out to you.
Yes! Be sure to include any design notes you have when filling out the quote form. The more detailed you are, the easier it is for our artists to create exactly what you want. This includes color changes, adding/removing text, adjusting backgrounds, or creating the shape you want your keychain to be.
We offer unlimited revisions to the digital proof we provide. So if you don’t like what you see on the first draft, please let us know what you’d like changed and we’ll make it happen. You won’t be asked to pay for your order until you’ve signed off on a proof.
We offer design services for $1/minute (minimum 30 minutes). Our talented US-based art team can create logos and other designs from scratch. We can also create vector art you can re-use in other projects for your business or organization. Please contact us and let us know you need design services and we’ll get you in touch with one of our designers.
Yes we do! When filling out our quote form, please let us know you are interested in retail packaging options. We offer fully customizable backer cards that come assembled at a small cost depending on size and quantity of your order.
After payment, your order will head to the factory and begin production. Current turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks to ship, although sometimes sooner for smaller quantities. We’ll provide you with an estimated ship date for your order before paying.
No! You only pay what we quote you. There are no hidden fees, shipping charges, or sales tax (we’re an Oregon company).
Depending on the deadline, we may be able to shave off a couple days of production. But due to the complex nature of making PVC products, we are unable to offer rush services.

Yes, we offer samples on all of our products at our sample page. Cost for samples will be credited back to you when you place a full order.
Please note that samples will not be of your design. They are of our alien mascot (or other random keychains) and are meant to show the quality of our product.
Our custom PVC keychains are made at our factory in China. They ship international priority via UPS or FedEx and can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days.
Our office is located in Portland, Oregon. If you’re in the Montavilla neighborhood and want to avoid shipping issues, we have a pick-up window open during most weekdays.
