The Pricing Above Includes All This
- Generous size – These coasters are 4″ diameter for the round, and 4″ wide for the square shape.
- Choice of 2 shapes – Choose from a round circle coaster or square with rounded corners.
- Good quality printing on two sides – Full CYMK printing on the front and back. Full bleed printing (ie: the color goes right to the edges) is included at no additional cost. We recommend keeping your important text at least 1/8″ from the final cut-out size.
- Good quality paper – The absorbent paper used to make these coasters is 1mm thick, or 40 points – about as thick as a dime.
- Protective Packaging – Coasters are bulk packed and wrapped with a clear plastic band in groups of 100 coasters.
- Free Shipping – Shipping IS included to a single US address (lower 48 states). Need to ship outside of the USA, or to Alaska or Hawaii? Let us know where and we can get you a custom quote.

Pricing varies based on the quantity you order. In short, the more coasters you order, the cheaper each coaster becomes. You can see our custom coaster pricing tables here.
We can print 250, 500, 1000, or any quantity above 1000 coasters rounded to the nearest 1000. For example, we can sell 3000, 4000, 6000 pieces even though that is not listed on the site, but if you want 4500 pieces you will need to round up to 5000 pieces, or settle for 4000 pieces.
This product only allows for 2 shapes – round or square with rounded corners. If you need a custom shape, our Fully Custom Coasters will do the trick.
The USA made coasters are 4″ across, either a 4″ diameter circle, or a square with sides 4″ long, and rounded corners. If you need a special size or shape, please look at our fully custom coasters.
The material used to make our coasters is 40 points thick (also referred to as .040″ or 1mm). That’s about the thickness of a dime. Our Fully Custom Coasters are 2mm thick (about the thickness of a nickel), if you are looking for something thicker.
Standard packaging for our coasters are plastic-wrapped sleeves that contain anywhere from 100 to 125 coasters each and then packed 1000 to a case.
We are sorry, these coasters are only available in bulk packs. These are great for bars, pubs, restaurants, and other food service related uses.
If you’re ordering your coasters for promotional purposes, as wedding favors, or to offer as retail merchandise, we have special packaging options available in our Fully Custom Coasters. Options such as smaller packaging units such as 4 or 12 coasters per package. We can also offer Header Cards or individually wrapping coasters for an additional fee.
